Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer:

• Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

• Local Pickup (If applicable): Free (details provided after purchase)

  • Please send a message with order number to ryan@novemberapl.com if in Los Angeles, CA for pickup.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Issues with Delivery

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at ryan@novemberapl.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.
